Owned and operated vineyards in the Barossa Valley and Riverland, Australia (12 hectares).
Owned and co-managed private label bottling hall in Barossa Valley, Australia (packaging 2 500 000 bottles per year).
Owner and/or manager of wineries in various regions in Australia with production ranging from 50 to 100 000 tons of grapes annually.
Consultant winemaking experience in Australia, Italy, U.S.A, South Africa and Poland.
Highly experienced in sensory evaluation for wine classification.
Winery/Cider design.
